Almost every parent is struggling to get a child to eat one could easily call it the commonest Parenting problem.
Parents who are in the midst of this problem are usually in despair because it is really distressing not to be able to fulfil the one - most basic need of one's child. It makes one feel inadequate as a parent and irresponsible as an adult.
My heart goes out to such parents. They need solutions and in this book I have offered some.
