I am : Disaster to Master

'I AM' is not a statement or a sentence. 'I AM' is a mind-set; it is a way of life. Whenever we put 'I am' in front of anything it becomes our identity. When someone asks you what are you! Or who are you! We always answer with 'I am a doctor' or 'I am a teacher' or 'I am a business person'. We reveal our identity with 'I am'. People start to see us in the same way. We train them to see us just by telling them Who I Am! They start to appreciate or criticize us on the basis of who we are. How many times you tell others that you are a failure or you are a disaster!! We hardly say this because we know that it is going to harm our identity but we do this every day to a person who is our biggest support. This person is you, "yourself ". Ask yourself how many times you tell yourself I am fat or I am a failure or I am a disaster!! What are you telling your biggest support!! What identity have you been creating for yourself in your own eyes!!! A lot of wise people believe in the power of affirmations. Whatever you put after 'I am' becomes an affirmation. Whatever we affirm repeatedly becomes our reality. Now think again how many times in a day you affirm wrong things!! Something that you don't want to achieve!! By affirming all this you are actually attracting a mess, a chaos and a disaster in your life.
