I'm All Twisted Up

I'm All Twisted Up is book 1 of a mental health series written for families. This first book focuses on helping kids deal with change. Often times the responses that come from a child are the result of them not knowing how to get their words out. They can feel like they are the only one who feels like they do. When kids keep things bottled up it can begin a pattern in their lives as they grow that can be very difficult to grow out of.

Paul is a father and has been married to his wife Sandy for over 24 years. He Pastors Wellspring Community Church in Escanaba, Michigan. Over these seasons he has counseled hundreds of families for various reasons. His passion for writing the Twisted Up series grew out of seeing so many kids and families struggle with mental health. He hopes this series will help bring confidence to adults and children by giving them resources in how to walk through the wide ranging emotions that affect all of us. In the back of each book are 10 tips that go beyond the story to encourage you.
