He began to walk towards her and Zenya feels as though her life was about to change. If she could only move, walk, run anything then she could run away from whatever calamity was walking towards her. Nothing happened. She couldn't move. It was as though he had a magical power over her.

Zenya's mother had always told her that she couldn't confirm who Zenya's father was.
