This is an account of Ashvajit's experiences from 1986 to 1990, notably in Sri Lanka during the conflict between the Sinhalese establishment, the outlawed political party the JVP, and later, the Tamils. He teaches meditation in temples, towns and villages, and gives many public talks. He also gives vivid accounts of his several visits to India during that period, during which he participates in the Dhamma Revolution, the peaceful revolution by means of truth inaugurated in 1956 by Dr. Ambedkar, the first Law minister of newly independent India.
