This book is entirely dedicated to people living with Depression and anxiety disorders. i personally worked on this book, conducting researches (which I believe are important and will be helpful) because I have had and still do have friends who suffer from depression and anxiety disorders. No matter how much they hide it, i can see through it, but i cant be the nerd that forces my friends to talk about it when they decided to sweep it under the carpet. The reason I decided to work on this book is the same reason that made me want to help people that are suffering- isolation and self-harm. our friends are not comfortable talking about it, so they'll have to read about it, and find professional help. I'm doing this because I care.
