Jamie is a young African American woman. She has completed high school and graduated with a 3.0 but didn't complete her college degree. She works hard to take care of her daughters and doesn't mind breaking a sweat.
She knows how it is to make chuck change after working extremely long hours and extra hard for it. She has worked different jobs from manufacturing to fast food, janitorial, and construction just to provide for her family. Jamie has been fired, laid off, and also did temp work.
