The author wrote this book as a way to talk about life in general and the challenges and struggles people face on a daily basis. Some of the issues that are mentioned in the book are things that people go through in life and are afraid to talk about. The author speaks of some personal experiences she was faced with in life in an attempt to maybe help other people who have dealt with the same issues.
