"LIFE IS SIMPLE". This is my twelfth book. I started this book to share my knowledge on the topic of "life is simple but people are making it complex."

Life, in its essence, is a simple journey characterized by basic needs and desires: to survive, to connect, to find happiness, and to leave a legacy. Yet, it is a paradox that in our pursuit of these fundamental goals, we often complicate our lives to a great extent.

At its core, life is a straightforward process. From the moment we are born, we have basic needs for sustenance, shelter, and love. We experience joy, pain, and a range of emotions that make up the human experience. In essence, life can be compared to the natural world, where animals instinctively seek food, shelter, and companionship. This simplicity is evident in the contentment experienced by individuals and communities living simpler, more traditional lifestyles, often found in rural areas or indigenous cultures.

This book explores the notion that life is inherently simple but becomes complex due to the choices, expectations, and external pressures that individuals and societies impose upon themselves.
