This book has passed through several Leaders hands for it to come out in this shape and few pages. Some aspects were directly transcribed from leadership experience and daily living.

This book on MAINTAINING the leadership position is a build-up of several challenges I have undergone over the years.
I have come to see that in every aspect of human life, human race, to maintain a leadership position for years whether in business, financial service, political system etc. there are demands that has to be met.
This book will explain spiritual dimensions because there are several others that aspire the seat you occupied. Its stressful experience but rewarding experience but I am still in the continuous process of learning and walking in it.
It challenged what was rampant around us regarding leadership development.
This book will not cover some theoretical search or thesis about leadership development, it will be drawn from biblical reality, scripture and contemporary history of men and women, who rose from obscurity unto prominence in God's program.
Though this book is not comprehensive as regards all God must do to the man He elects for divine use, it is however sufficient as a starter at the school of divine formation for leadership in all aspect of life.
The burden of this book is to deal with omission and misconception of leadership that has brought hardship to our respective generations.
I think it needs to go through your hand too in order to experience divine mandate ahead of your journey.
