Lessons from Another Life, is not like any other time-travel or deja vu romance novel. It is based on an actual online relationship, knowing what he shared with me through our conversations, learning more from his wife, after his death, and a fictionalized life together, in memory of a denied destiny.

Someone once wrote that reality and fiction are two different things, they do not touch or cross. As a writer, Rob, you were the one who pulled me into sleep, talking to me, showing me your flashbacks, to complete your character, your story, therefore becoming our story of your life. Which I now have, at my fingertips, meshing the reality of us through fiction to the world. Incorporating the two worlds together which is truly how the human mind works. Living in reality, but escaping into the world of fiction to bring romance, satisfaction, and peace we think we lack, into their hearts.
