She's 16, alone, and on the run.

Two years after her world was turned tragically upside down, fiercely independent Willa Sams lives on the lawless fringes of a collapsing society. She's lost everything -- her family, her home, even her dog. All she has left is hope, and that happens to be in dwindling supply.
