This novella presents vignettes describing a typical day in a full-care facility in Canada from the point of view of a patient with late stage ALS/MND. Documenting not only the fight against a terrible disease, the work is also sprinkled with scenes, both funny and terrifying, from the author's life in both Canada and Russia. Based on the author's personal experiences, the reality of coping with a debilitating disease that affects hundreds of thousands of people living on our beautiful planet is presented plainly, without varnish, producing a trumphant picture of an indomitable spirit and the bravery required of patients with this terrible disease.
