Llegó mi mejor amigo es el segundo ejemplar de la serie Cuentos para dormir que les harán despertar. Este cuento tiene la fusión ideal de enseñar a los niños importantes valores junto a ejemplos con los que ellos se identifican fácilmente, sobre una base bíblica de versículos muy oportunos. Mientras las ocurrencias de los niños imparten el humor, el autor trae al cuento la figura de Jesús como fuente de amor y nuestro mejor amigo en quien podemos confiar, exaltando el valor de la amistad y de unirnos por el bien común. Tanto el lector adulto como el niño a quien se lee el cuento va relacionando con Jesús y su amistad única los valores como: la obediencia, cuidar y amar a las personas mayores, ser agradecido, compartir con otros y ayudarlos, la bondad, la humildad, decir la verdad, el amor, la amistad y otros. Jesús es el mejor amigo que representa todos esos valores que son parte del amor y la amistad.

My Best Friend Just Arrived (Llegó mi mejor amigo) is the second issue of the series Bedtime Stories that will Make You Wake Up (Cuentos para dormir que les harán despertar). This story has the ideal fusion of teaching children important values along with examples that they easily identify with, on a biblical basis of very timely verses. While the children's occurrences impart humor, the author brings to the story the figure of Jesus as a source of love and our best friend in whom we can trust, exalting the value of friendship and coming together for the common good. Both the adult reader and the child to whom the story is read, relate Jesus and his unique friendship with values such as: obedience, caring for and loving older people, being grateful, sharing with others and helping them, kindness, humility, telling the truth, love, friendship and others. Jesus is the best friend who represents all those values that are part of love and friendship.
