It was all very hush-hush. Joe-Joe gave Winnie and Arthur advanced angel bodies that allowed them to hide inside any physical body that they wanted. In an upcoming operation, Winnie would impersonate a skilled hacker named Patsy Phew. Arthur would ensure that Winnie was safe, and Paula would communicate back and forth with Heaven. Their destination? Hell.

Back to the operation: The devil named Rat Buboni had watched the job interviews on Earth and had chosen Patsy Phew. He had her transported into a very private mortal apartment in Hell where she could work undisturbed on his computer project. Winnie would also be working on Lillian's assignment, which was to hack into Hell's main computers and set up a link so that she could access them from Heaven. Things were going well until Arthur discovered that Rat had an unhealthy personal interest in Patsy's body to the point where she would not be returning to Earth. Arthur ordered Winnie to return to Heaven immediately, claiming that it was too dangerous for her to stay in Hell. Winnie refused, pointing out that she had the same angelic body as he did. The argument became intense. Winnie's last words to Arthur were: "Don't you dare touch me with that hand."
