Love, Politics, Prayers is a unique book combining photographs with poetry, The poetry ranges from love found, love lost, religious prayer, social commentary and metaphysical tributes, as well as a tribute to the great artist Taylor Swift. Each poem is accompanied by one photograph. The photograph may be a literal interpretation of the title. In other cases, it may only relate to one line in the poem. In others, the photograph illustrates a feeling for the words. It is my hope that any one of these poems will have something you have seen in yourself or others. If these authentically touch you, then my efforts will have been worth the emotional investment. I am grateful for the opportunity to share them with you.
