Lucinda is an energetic, fearless child who is "full of life". She loves to participate in games and other activities with her friends and is endlessly curious about what is going on in the world around her. At times she finds it hard to focus and concentrate on the task at hand. Her mind wanders and she has a vivid imagination.
When she skips along, she enjoys the feeling of her feet barely touching the ground, of being almost air-borne and traveling a distance in a shorter amount of time. In skipping she feels buoyant and very much "alive".
