A modern day soothsayer changes the fate of a young and confused Black accountant who thinks one way and does another.
Jeff Townsend is a successful Black accountant, one of the few in his town. Humble, educated and efficient in his work, he soon becomes bored with the routine day-to-day of counting funds and often daydreams of an exciting, more adverturous way of life. On a whim, he turns to an elderly Black soothsayer to help him out of his delimma, only to find that she is way ahead of him and steers him to incredible adventures he could have not forseen!
