This is a unique collection of excerpts, articles and tributes to Swami Dayananda whose Nirvana Centenary is being celebrated this year. Part I of the book contains a biographical sketch of Dayananda and his teachings. This section also includes a list of his works with bibliographical details. Part II is made up of 139 annotated excerpts from the writings of eminent individuals the world over on Dayananda. It is followed by 50 contributed articles on the Swami presenting him as a multi-faceted personality. There is also included a bibliography of works on Dayananda in several languages. The Vice President of India Mr. M. Hidaya-tullah and the Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi have paid rich tributes to the greatness of Dayananda which add lustre to the book. Professor Kenneth W. Jones has provided the Foreword to the book.
