This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing software development projects.
This course will go over the jobs and industries that require agile and scrum certification as well as their average salary in the United States.
The course will cover the core principles and values of Agile, the framework of Scrum, and the roles and responsibilities within a Scrum team.
Participants will learn about Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, and how to use Scrum artifacts, such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment.
The course will also cover metrics for measuring progress and success, such as velocity and burn-down charts, and will provide hands-on experience applying Agile and Scrum principles in a real-world software development project.
This course will provide a list of valuable resources for learning more about Agile and Scrum and Project Management (PMP).
