Matured and Wiser

The book reveals how Palesa, the wife of Thuto becomes wiser and handles her marital matters differently (better) than she did before. The couple experienced challenges before which escalated into a husband publicly cheating on his wife. But she doesn't give up on their marriage, even though she makes mistakes of her own as she suffers through depression. Will Palesa and Thuto survive this time around or will it be the end of yet another marriage?

This is painful, so painful
"Stop it, I can't take it anymore," I say, and run to the bedroom.
He finds me sitting on the edge of the bed, crying loudly. He comes closer and kneels. He wraps his arms around my waist. I don't movemy tears keep sliding down my cheeks. Thuto doesn't love me and I know there is someone else, and I know that he's in love with her.
"Are you going to divorce me?" I ask.
Of course he's going to divorce me.

About the Author

Mogaleadi Mashamaite is the author of First Lady's Happily Never After and hails from a village called Ga-Selolo at Ga-Matlala-a-Thaba, Limpopo Province in Polokwane. She moved to Pretoria to further her studies at Technikon Pretoria presently known as Tshwane University of Technology. She has a love for writing and tells very interesting and heart-warming fictional stories. In her spare time, she organises charity events, namely 5 KM charity fun runs whereby donations of school uniforms, food parcels and sanitary towels are made to the community with the money raised. She is planning to open an agricultural training centre that will train students from various universities and colleges in need of their 12 months experiential training.
