Menace in the Walls begins with 13- year- old Joshua helping his physician mother at Cleveland General Hospital during a winter flood. The fictional story is based on real medical events that have occurred in the Cleveland, Ohio area in the early nineties. Today, these events are still shrouded in controversy.
