Jarow was a typical teenage boy who loved watching sports, playing video games, and eagerly anticipated getting his driver's license. However, his physical disabilities prevented him from fully enjoying these activities. But, while on his way to receive his sixteenth birthday presenta tricked-out Toyota Siennatragedy strikes, and he's killed by a truck (of course). It seems like things should go from bad to worse.
But come to find out: Jarow isn't your typical boy, after all.
He awakens in a strange, half-digital world, finding himself lost, alone, and trapped in a mysterious dungeon with video game-like windows popping up in his vision. With no memory of his previous life and unable to find anyone else in the never-ending cell-filled hallway, he dies again! Then finds out that he has returned to the same place as where he started, just in an entirely new body.
As Jarow navigates his perplexing new reality, he eventually meets a new friend and ally named Xinpo, who just happens to be a sapient vampiric transforming weapon (because once again; of course, why not).
But now, working together, they defeat the monsters that are keeping Jarow locked away in this gray place, so they can continue their journey and exit the Liminal Divide.
Join Jarow and Xinpo as they uncover the hallway's secrets, battle their way to the end of the Liminal Divide, and make a new friend along the way. They also slowly realize that "normal" isn't always what it seems and that their destinies are far more intertwined and significant than they ever imagined.
