As the world continues to cope with war and wild social change, the Home Secretary, Victor Merritt, is dispatched to Milktec Industries Headquarters to meet with the secretive inventor of the fabled serum, Stanos Clairmont. The power crazed industrialist soon shows that he has no fear of the government or its lackeys as he pushes forward with his top secret Freya Project. He toys with Victor as he displays his latest willing creations, a new breed of sex crazed women, desperate to spread their corruption to any willing partner.
