Some differences from similar books

1. This brochure contains special material meant not so much for sanitary and awareness-building purposes, as for treating light forms of tobacco addiction.

2. The way you read the text is also very important. It's recommended to read the first part (Chapters 111) 37 days before quitting smoking. The last chapter (12) should be used as a guide on the pre-determined smoking cessation day (between 12 pm and 6 pm), in 37 days after reading the main part.

3. Along with harmful consequences of smoking for your heath, the book examines moral and ethical aspects of tobacco addiction.

4. To change a reader's attitude to smoking, the author uses such means as sarcasm and mocking the disease symptoms, as well as confrontation (treatment intervention which makes a patient face the issues he finds disagreeable) and explication (treatment intervention which allows a patient to realize the problem through examining it in full detail).
