Sean has been a loyal boyfriend while his girlfriend, Julie, pursued her dream of becoming an artist. Unfortunately, Julie has become so wrapped up in her art crowd that she only sees Sean long enough to get money from him and have an argument. Sean seeks consolation at a local bar where he meets a stranger with an odd type of clay. Thaddeus demonstrates that a small figure made of clay could be used to change the way a person looks. Sean takes home the magic substance with the intention of making himself slightly better for Julie, but while he's in the shower Julie finds the ball of clay and decides to make some changes of her own. Everything has consequences and one small mistake by Julie changes their fates forever.
