Denver Witch Quarterly is a magazine devoted to paganism, Wicca, witchcraft, magick, and the occult.

In this issue, one will find a brief history of the chief editor's involvement with the small press Wiccan and pagan magazines of the 1990s, an involvement that helped inspire the creation of this magazine.

Also included are several humor bits, an editorial about the importance of voting as a witch, an essay on the likelihood that a witch might curse you or your unborn child, a sephirothic (Tree of Life) prayer to the goddess, Isis; two poems (one involving Witch Girl Scouts selling cookies), and a short story set in H. P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos that shows a horrifying aspect of the god, Odin (Woden).

There is also a book review of Liber L. Vel Bogus (Richard T. Cole), a book that claims that the infamous magician, Aliester Crowley, faked the receivership of the first Thelemic Holy Books, the Book of the Law.

Finally, there are suggestions to potential advertisers, and notes about the business practices, editing and payment policies of Denver Witch Quarterly for potential contributors.

Contributors to this issue: Morgan Drake Eckstein, House of Bast Art Studio, and ceramic artist, Khari Seshent (owner of Khari's Wiccan Treasures, and Celtic Soul Jewelry and Pottery).
