Multiple Exposures got its title from a photography mistake the author made. A sticky plunger caused a multiple exposure of a self- portrait. It serves as the cover art and symbolizes the many sides of her soul she has bared in the verses.
Multiple Exposures is Sara's second volume of Poetry. Many of poems are about gritty real-life events. There are dreamy, atmospheric poems inspired by music or weather conditions. In some verses, enigmas of the cosmos or the human mind are pondered.
Vibrant imagery is the hallmark of Sara's poetry. Some of it can be moody and dark.
She chose her own favorite poems for this volume, and included some favorite encore poems from her first volume:
Dark Shadings, Spattered Light--and other publications.
