After decades of war and insurgency, the Israeli/Palestinian conflict puts two good men from opposing sides at odds with each other. They both yearn for the best for their people and eventual peace. Overcoming initial mistrust, resentment, and myopic views, they realize they; like most of their people, just want to live in a peaceful land with respect and dignity. Major David Regev is a decorated Israeli commando who has spent years infiltrating enemy cells and assassinating individuals deemed a threat to the existence of Israel. Hussein Ramdan is an Oxford Educated surgeon from Palestine who returns to his homeland to make a difference. Hussein's quiet demeanor belies a strength of character that will stand up to any threat. Both men see what they are doing as necessary for their people, but struggle to see how peace can be attained when the hatred and mistrust in the region has festered for a century. Through a series of fateful events that puts them front and center in the conflict, they realize that through all the hatred, distrust, disdain and painthey are brothers after all.
