A nice sentiment from the utopian city's forefather. But one that Detective Cybil Lane, the 87th's resident skeptic sleuth, could hardly agree with after what she's seen.

For her, all that talk of brotherhood and unity didn't scrub the metropolitan city of Brunnera clean of its corruption and subterfuge. Just etched it deeper into the black heart of the concrete jungle. The only thing different now is people smile before they stab you in the back.
