There are those that can accept the inevitable and others that can't work as in the case of a wealthy eighty-five-year-old banker by the name of Bill Johnstone. First, we'll look back on his life when he was being molded into a success making machine. Bill was always early to work and never called out sick unless it was a life or death situation. Bill loved making money and lots of it because he was brought up in a poor environment. Bill excelled in everything he tried, be it school, sports and sales. In high school, Bill was a straight "A" student and the class president. He was also the star quarterback of his high school team, but when Bill got his first job as an insurance salesman after graduating high school, he knew he found his calling. Bill was offered scholarships to major universities for his outstanding athletics as a quarterback that he ultimately turned down because of his new job as an insurance salesman.
After settling into his new job, things were going well for him. He won many awards year after year for about five years then things started slowing down, and he was no longer the top salesman of the company. Bill got a little too comfortable always being at the top and started losing focus, and that's when other agents took it to their advantage and started out selling Bill. Which frustrated him not being at the top anymore and not tending to his client's needs as he had always done before. His clients started dropping their policies and going with other agents at the office behind his back, and before he had a chance to react, he was called into his boss's office and let go. Bill said to his boss "That's not fair, I have worked harder than anyone else in this office, and been on top longer than anyone else, and now this is the thanks I get!"
