A lifelong passion for food and cooking inspired Amenda Lee to write her first book, Nourish: Exploring the Intersection of Food and Human Connection. After moving to Los Angeles to attend USC for college in 2018, she became deeply interested in the intersection of sociology and food.
Prior to COVID-19, Amenda's favorite activity was discovering new eats and restaurants across Los Angeles. In her free time, she loves to express her creativity by cooking meals for her friends and family.
