One Small Voice A Collection of Articles on Ageism and the Value of Older Women We are all women who matter, no matter what our age! Marcia Barhydt is a dedicated advocate for older women. Her newest released book, One Small Voice is a collection of Marcia's articles about ageism at work, in advertising, at your favorite department store, in Hollywood, even in our own minds and in our own bedrooms. Ageism is rampant and we need to turn this around and celebrate aging and recognize what our life experiences and wisdom can bring to the table. Marcia champions about the value of older women and she shares this passion with the many groups she speaks to. "I speak to women's groups about how incredibly wonderful this stage of my life is.
