Professor Goldstein does not anticipate how staggering the odds against him will be before he embarks on a race that is a matter of life and death to get two bio-engineered soldiers he helped to create to Hampa before a rampaging CIA can get to them. Everybody knows Hampa, the criminal master mind who can make anybody disappear without a trace. But what Goldstein does not count on is just how far the CIA's reach can get. They are loath to let the funds they invested in the bio-engineering program to go down the drain and even more determined to continue reaping the full benefits of the program.
