Carver just landed the job of his dream. Salvage Team Echo hired him as a mech pilot and he's ready to work.

There's lots of work to do. After three interstellar wars, wrecks are everywhere. His team cuts into the wrecks, salvaging the most rare and valuable equipment. It's dangerous work and it pays well.

He works with a team of expert mech pilots, all veterans of the previous wars, all piloting heavily modified deconstruction machines.

Little does he know that a new threat emerges across the galaxy. The interstellar thirst for genergy continues. A new enemy approaches, a people more powerful than the colony has ever faced before. The Mirans come.
