About the Author

Dr. Cheri Frey is a physician, minister, author, and motivational speaker. Dr. Frey loves to see the Word of God come to life in those around her. She approaches the Word with a balance of pragmatic and theological perspectives, aiming to appeal to the body, soul, and spirit. She co-founded a Christian nonprofit organization, The Sister Network, with her sister in 2012. Dr. Frey and her husband, Dr. Brent Frey, have been married since 2017. They live and practice in Washington, DC.
