Mr. Dinesh Tyagi is a technocrat with immense knowledge in automotive industry, especially known for his product development excellence. This facet of his personality is widely known in the automotive industry in India.
While being a great leader of an institute, many other facets of his personality were experienced by the people who worked with him. Not only is he an exceptional leader but also a great motivator. We observed many creative aspects of his personality while working under his leadership.
Singing and poetry writing are two great skills that we saw emerging while his leadership role in ICAT. We have observed that be it his hobby of singing or poetry writing, the passion of achieving perfection and excellence does not go unnoticed. Not only has he developed great singing skills and writing skills but has also inspired people around him both in the organization and outside for pursuing such hobbies and constantly motivating them for continual improvement and reaching excellence. Along with his hobbies, he also has deeper pursuits towards spiritual enlightenment and he constantly motivates people around him through his spiritual wisdom and its role in improving our quality of life.
The compilation of these poetries is an excellent example of bringing day to day experiences and explaining the philosophies of life in a manner easily understood and appreciated by all.
