Meanwhile, Jane feels driven to discover the truth about the mysterious maneven more so when she sees a picture of him flying away from the scene of a midair explosion.

In this first book of the Project Genesis series, the paths of the hero and the reporter converge in an exploration of good, evil, human, and superhuman, considering who we are, where we came from, and where we are going.
