Quest for the Führer's Treasure

No different than any government, near the end Nazi leadership had a secret plan to save Hitler from Germany's inevitable collapse. Hitler was going to slip through Allied shipping lanes in a type twenty-one super submarine bound for Argentina. Refuge in a foreign country, until he could return to Germany in triumph, was always going to be expensive. So, a fabulous treasure, the "Führer's Treasure" was gathered. That much money presented considerable temptation, and in the carnage of Germany's fall, the submarine and crew just seemed to vanish. Like members of the SS, many years before, Gunter considered doing what was necessary to be a strength. As a sociopath, he found it easy to torture his victims until he got what he wanted, and he wanted the Führer's treasure. Now seventy years after it disappeared beneath the waves in a German submarine, Gunter was almost out of leads. The only avenue he had left was to capture and torture Coyle Eldridge, the submarine captain's remaining heir until he coughed up the gold. Gunter knew he might not talk easily, so he needed someone Coyle cared about, as well. With the right motivator, Gunter knew he would prevail. He just hadn't been able to find Coyle. Coyle was completely unaware of the treasure, or that anyone was looking for him. Despite this, he had been living under the radar. Only when he pops up on the local news and gets a midnight visit from the Argentine branch of the Nazi party, did Coyle realize who he was dealing with and what the stakes really were. Since they planned to torture him and his family until he gave them the treasure, Coyle had a real problem. Relentlessly pursued by modern Nazis, a drug cartel, and various government agencies, Coyle began to realize that his parents and grandparents were not who he thought they were. Together with his sister and a mysterious ex-CIA agent named Bill, he was forced to go on a quest for the Führer's treasure. If he doesn't find it, they all die. The Quest of the Führer's Treasure is written in English. A few passages are in Spanish and German to enhance the story, but it is designed that no knowledge of those languages is needed or is advantageous to understand the content.
