Rahab : Raised to Honor

At sixteen, Rahab was betrothed to Javan, the love of her life. But Sidon, the conniving prince of Jericho, was determined to have her for himself. Tragedy and rejection caused her to become disillusioned with the gods of her peoplebuilding a wall between her and those she held dear.

Out of desperation, she succumbed to the advice of the most unlikely person, Madam the owner of the House of Pleasure. Rahab found herself heading down a path she had never envisioned for her lifeharlotry. Greed, bitterness, and a determination not to be controlled by another consumed her.

To Rahab's surprise, Javan's parents left her in charge of the Jericho Inn. Could she find love within its walls? Or would Prince Sidon's influence reach even within the mud-brick structure?

When two Israelites arrived at the inn, she devised a plan to save her life in hopes of beginning anew. Would she be accepted among the conquerors? Or was she destitute to never find love, truth, peace, and real meaning to life? Or would she overcome her past to become a woman of honor.
