Realms of Insanity consist of two bizarro tales "Cave of Madness" and "Dense Macabre"
These stories are mostly inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's dark visions.

Cave of Madness:
The story revolves around a speleologist who has been send to a remote village on a relief campaign to investigate a cave which is believed to be source of a sudden epidemic break out.
Dense Macabre:
Story is written in first person narration, the story is about the narrator and his friend. One late evening narrator and his friend went out for a walk but his friend took him on a hike to an undisclosed destination but the events takes a grim turn.
