American law enforcement has lost its way, particularly after 9/11, and its trajectory is headed in the wrong direction. Some notable observers have concluded that the police may have already reached the point of no return; whereby reformation of long-standing police practices detrimental to community relations is no longer feasible. Unless something changes very soon, the United States of America will almost certainly become a quasi-police state. In some ways, it already has. This book is my way, my ONLY way, of fighting back against the looming tyranny. Part 2* chronicles the most common examples of police incompetence and identifies and discusses the root cause, while offering common-sense measures to address the problem. *Part 2 received across-the-board 5-star ratings from reviewers at the 2023 Reader's Favorite Writer's Contest, where one reviewer referred to the book as "THIS MAGNIFICENT WORK."
