Can you remember a time when there was no internet, no computers, no cellphones? When rock and roll, bell bottoms and miniskirts were all the rage? The year was 1974. Valerie was a high school teacher caged in an abusive, loveless marriage, looking for an escape. When she heard Kyle play his music, she knew her life would never be the same. As she looked over her four lists, she saw that all of the pros under Kyle's name were all the things missing from her life. There were only two cons, and they could destroy her.
The relationship was so wrong, so dangerous. Everywhere there were obstacles and no one thought it was right, including one person whose interference became increasingly violent to the point where their very lives were threatened.
