Robinhurst Collection

Mary Claire loves Robinhurst, through the green seasons, the brown seasons, the white seasons, and has since she was a toddler. Through most of those seasons she waits for the magic day when she will be deemed responsible enough to claim her heritage. In the meantime she tends the land as a sacred trust, cultivates tiny green plants in the green seasons, harvests those same plants in the brown seasons, and rests during the white seasons. It is a rhythm and ritual as old as time. The land is her heritage and treasure.

In his campaign photos the future governor, her brother, stands proud overlooking the field turning green. He smiles as he sifts harvested grain through his cupped hands. His shining shoes demonstrate his roots in the earth of Robinhurst, his strong hand reaching out over his desk in greeting demonstrate the sense of dignity and strength he will bring to the state's highest office. A strong leader who cares for his land, his family, his duty. This is the first step to answer the call that will sweep him from the local spotlight to the grand stage of national politics.
