Drake is a member of the county DA¿s Investigation branch for the state of OR. He is a part of the task force created to assist in the apprehension and prosecution of the serial killer stalking north Portland. Logan is the cab driver who¿d been assisting Drake these past months. The ugliness of the business that brought them together has not negated the sizzling attraction .
