Disappointment is the same stress. And if communism hasn't arrived, as we all hoped, 20 years later, you don't have to fall into sadness. Communism is a kind of paradise in which one day we will find ourselves if we do not go to Hell. And stress is just a physiological reaction of the organism, defined and controlled by the activity of adrenal glands. If you have healthy adrenal glands, everything will pass, and sadness and joy. Everything will move... And since stressful situations, while we are alive, we can not avoid, stress is prescribed by fate as a bitter medicine - this is what affects our health, success and ultimately on the happiness of personal life. So try to find the positive side in stress, but do not relish it. Be optimistic, believe that everything will be as it should be, even if it is the other way around. The best example is my grandmother's life. As she said, Grandma, as I tenderly call her: when hunting mice, be quick, but take your time. With me, the truth, all different, they trail only me, so it is necessary to hurry contrary to the morals of my dear grandmother. If you want to know what's more precious than anything else in the world, I'll tell you: time. It can't be bought for any money. But you know it yourself.
