Salvation Haunting at Devil's Creek is scripted for a radio play:
In 1983 Cynthia Grace, a third-year college student is driving alone on the 16-hour journey home for summer break. Her mother waits close to the phone excepting her daughter's calls from gas station to gas station or rest area phone booths making her way across country 300 miles at a time. Cynthia is on the last leg of her trip. It is late in the evening, when she must take a detour through a town with a history of missing girls and a vengeful ghost of a murdered silver miner. She learns from the locals at a small diner that the ghost haunts the highway looking for the next victim. Making one last stop and an abandoned gas station to call her mother Cynthia narrowly escapes with her life.
