Santa Royale

Henry and Heather, a man and his wife, move into Santa Royale. Henry has been on the verge of divorcing his wife, due to her frigidity. However, they discover that Santa Royale is a sort of swinging nudist colony. Heather quickly adapts to the new social order and the two settle in and adapt to the nudity and sex.
Henry has to find out how to make enough money to afford the expensive lifestyle at Santa Royale and he does. The two then find that partner swapping means not only trading partners, but also trading business opportunities.
In order to continue to make Santa Royale money, the two invite several very rich people down to a tropical isle, so that Henry can pitch his investments. A hurricane strands the people on the island for a while. Heather invents some sex games to fill in the hurricane time and help put the people in the mood to invest.
A Chinese official and his young wife then visit Santa Royale. The Chinese man sees that the Santa Royale people can handle the large amount of business that his country wants to do. While he travels in the US, on business, he leaves his young wife at Santa Royale, for some training.
In order to maintain their lifestyle, the people of Santa Royale have to bribe the city officials to look the other way. The bribe money comes from a wild, swinging Charity Ball. The people of Santa Royale throw a party that puts a Roman orgy to shame. Then, Heather is forced to walk home, with no money and through one of the worst areas of the city, in the nude.
As good as the lifestyle is at Santa Royale, people do move out. Thus, there have to be new people moving in. Before a couple moves into Santa Royale, they have to show that they can adapt to the lifestyle. Newbies then go through a sort of sexual orientation course.
