Granny witches, Haint Blue paint and sweet southern tea. Maman serves up her own brand of bayou magic, generational know how and some peach pie. Sara, Nita and Mickey start their night trying to make Mickey feel better after she catches Tom fooling around. The darkness that lives in the woods and tracks Sara's every move has other plans. When the darkness comes knocking it knocks Sara off her feet and puts her out for the count. Thankfully Maman has impeccable timing and so does her son, Sebast, Sara's Magic Man. Tator, Simon and the bayou all come to aid the young sisters in their time of need.
Offering some gumbo, a quiet restful place to sit and sip some lemonade or sweet tea, Tator's porch sits in the bayou as the last place before Sebast's cabin. A ramshackle shack perched on the side of the bayou Tator sells a few hard sought items and many every day items. Living in the lacy curtains of spanish moss guarding the fancy skirts of the old cypress swamp trees makes for a southern gothic tale woven out of myth and magic.
