Brooke Cameron is called home to the small town of Winterberry Falls to help her grandparents run the famous Peppermint Twist Lodge while her grandmother recovers from an illness. She falls in love with her old home questioning why she ever left in the first place. Upon hearing they may sell the Lodge that has been in the family for three generations, Brooke has a decision to make about her own career and life.

Then, there's the neighbor, Travis Douglas, a man from the past she's never forgotten.. After old feelings are rekindled, she finds out he is willing to help her grandparents find a buyer for the Lodge causing Brooke to question their relationship.When Brooke decides to give The Peppermint Twist Lodge a second chance, someone decides to sabotage the property, trying to force them to sell. Will Brooke be able to save the Peppermint Twist Lodge before it's too late? Or, will this be the last Christmas and the end of the Peppermint Twist Lodge?
